Return Policy

If Customer is not satisfied with delivered Products because such Products are defective or non-conforming to the relevant purchase order, Regency will arrange for pick-up of the Products, at no cost to Customer. For all other Products, Customer must notify Regency of a request to return Products within ten (10) days of receipt by Customer. All returned Products must be in the original carton or container and in saleable condition to qualify for a credit. Regency may not accept the return of Proprietary Items or special orders that cannot be resold unless such Products are defective or non-conforming to the relevant purchase order. PLEASE NOTE: Custom items may NOT be returned for sizing issues.
